In 1975, Irving Blank (IB) started IB Construction Inc. Prior to serving the United States of America in the Navy, Jason worked for IB Construction. When Jason returned to civilian life, he picked up where he left off at IB Construction. Building upon Jason’s experiences of teamwork and organization from the Navy, he took IB Construction to the next level.

In 1997, Jason saw an opportunity to create a new entity to provide regional and national homebuilders with 3rd Party Customer Care and Warranty administration. This new entity, in conjunction with IB Construction, assisted in delivering over 26,000 new homes providing in-house customer service and warranty repairs. The company managed the first-year delivery of these homes along with the 10-year statute of repose period.

In 2005, the combined companies expanded into providing their services to developers of luxury high-rise condominiums. From the successful relationships with homeowners, IB Construction began to provide remodel and renovation services to residents of the luxury condominium towers.

IB Construction worked with AEG to assist in the delivery and post-closing repairs of The Ritz Carlton Residences in Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE. Today, IB is the preferred contractor for the Ritz Carlton management team and is referred to the large majority of homeowners seeking renovation services for their residences. 

IB Construction has been and continues to be involved in complex SB800 repair operations. D.R. Horton trusted IB as their SB800 repair contractor on a 9-million-dollar lawsuit. Over 1 million dollars of T&M repairs were made on the 3-tower project consisting of 126 occupied residential units.

2. Responding to water and mold damaged properties

3. Remodeling and renovating high-rise residential units
